Web Project 1
Building a Mega Menu for Revfine.com
Case Study 1
Graphic Project 1
This is where you can add a short 50–100 word description of the project: your role, the goal of the website, the client, key UX decisions, and any measurable outcomes.
Revfine.com, a hospitality-focused educational platform, struggled with an outdated menu structure that no longer reflected its 400+ articles. As new topics emerged, users had difficulty finding relevant content, prompting a need for a clearer information hierarchy. The project involved collecting all articles, analyzing their themes, and reorganizing them into three parent categories: Hotel Industry, Travel & Tourism, and Hospitality Industry. Using affinity diagrams and user data, two navigation solutions were designed—an extended dropdown and a visually rich mega menu. User testing showed strong preference for the mega menu, offering improved discoverability, engagement, and opportunities for visual customization and advertising.
